Terms of Service

Welcome to Nexra. These terms govern your use of the Nexra Care Management Platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

2. Permitted use

The Service is provided for lawful business use by registered care providers. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or use it to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Subscription & payment

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You authorise recurring charges in accordance with the plan you select. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

5. Data & confidentiality

Data you upload remains yours. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the data processing addendum included in your contract.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the email associated with your account at least thirty days before they take effect.
